Ordering Information
Whilst the quickest and easiest way for you to place orders and for us to handle them is via the online shopping cart, we appreciate that this is not always possible or desirable.
As well as being able to process credit/debit card transactions online, our online shopping cart also allows to you to submit your order and then make payment either by way of cheque, Purchase Order or requesting a call to take your card details offline.
If you're not comfortable using the online shopping cart or paying online, not a problem, we can process credit/debit card orders manually as well - Simply email, fax or phone your order through and we can take your card details from you, and process through our secure PayPal merchant terminal.
Credit Accounts
For publicly funded organisations we recognise that a corporate credit card isn't always available. We are glad to accept Official Purchase Orders and offer credit facilities to public organisations such as:
- Schools, Colleges and Universities
- Local and Central Government Bodies, Departments, Buildings and Services
- Charities
As a rule, credit accounts are only offered to the above organisation types and our trade customers, so if you wish to place an order but not via the online shopping cart, then please email or fax your requirements and we can issue a Pro-Forma invoice for you to pay against, with your signs being despatched on receipt of payment.
If you are unable to buy online or against a proforma and wish to be considered for a credit account, then please fax or email your order along with company details to us and we will consider your request for a credit account.
Cheque Payments
If you do not need to raise payment against a proforma invoice and wish to post a cheque payable to
TCOB Ltd then we suggest you you still use the "ADD TO CART" facility, but select "Cheque in Post" as the payment option. Delivery and VAT will be calculated for you and any available discounts will be applied. The order details will be received and acknowledged electronically - simply make a note of the "Shopper ID" that will be displayed on submission of your order and write on the reverse of the cheque so we can identify your order on receipt of payment.
Simply select your desired payment option after you have added all your items to the cart and completed the invoice/delivery address pages:
Delivery
The online shopping cart is for UK customers only. We do ship to Ireland and overseas but additional charges may apply, so please contact us in the first instance.
Most of the items we supply are either stock items, or deliverable within 3-4 days from order date, for example where a large number of a particular item require more units to be manufactured.
Postage and packaging costs are calculated in relation to the shopping cart value with a minimum charge of £3.50. FREE DELIVERY on orders > £500.
Depending on order value, Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded, Next Day Special Delivery or Parcel Force services will generally be used. When your order has been received we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the estimated delivery date.
If delivery of your order is time critical, such as next day, then we suggest contacting us, firstly to confirm this is possible, and secondly a higher delivery charge may apply. Next day delivery is most likely to be achieved where orders are placed before 1.00pm.
