This sign is for use in the kitchen, of hotels, restaurants, canteens etc?

The sign reads:
Switch off / disconnect power at mains before cleaning. Avoid filling pan beyond the recommended oil level. Enusre food is dried before immersing in oil to prevent frothing and subsequent overflowing. Always return thermostat control to zero when frying is complete.

When draing
1. Ensure the recepticle used is large enough to contain contents.
2. Maintain constant vigilance
3. Clean up spillages immediately.
